Uptotes Terms of Service

Welcome to Uptotes! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Uptotes’ storage-on-demand services, including our website, pickup/drop-off scheduling, and any other features we provide.

By using Uptotes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

1. Our Service

Uptotes provides temporary storage solutions via scheduled pickup, secure storage, and return of totes in our service area. You choose your storage plan, and we handle the logistics.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, address, contact details)

• Only store permitted items (see below)

• Ensure items are packed securely inside Uptotes bins

• Be available during your selected pickup and delivery windows

• Pay all fees as agreed upon at time of booking

  
  

3. Prohibited Items

You may not store:

• Perishables or food items

• Illegal, flammable, or hazardous materials

• Live animals or plants

• Cash, valuables, or irreplaceable items (e.g., passports, heirlooms)

• Firearms, explosives, or drugs

We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or dispose of any prohibited items without notice.

4. Payments & Billing

All prices are listed clearly at the time of booking. Payment is required upfront and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

If payment fails, Uptotes may suspend or terminate service, including delivery of stored items.

5. Pickups & Deliveries

• Customers must be present during scheduled pickup and delivery windows or provide secure access.

• Missed appointments may incur rescheduling fees.

• We aim to provide timely service, but weather, traffic, or other conditions may cause delays.

6. Ownership & Liability

You retain full ownership of your stored items. Uptotes does not take title or assume responsibility for contents beyond basic liability.

We are not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper packing or prohibited items

• Delays outside our control

• Loss of valuables not permitted per Section 3

• Indirect or incidental damages

Optional insurance may be available upon request.

7. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed. Uptotes may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms.

8. Data & Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
